Reports to:  Sales Manager

Primary Function:  The Sales position primary function is to cultivate and expand a robust portfolio of new business opportunities while enhancing existing client relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders. This involves leveraging industry resources and relationships to drive revenue growth, meeting or exceeding annual sales targets, and employing consultative selling to ensure long-term project success. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with internal teams to create comprehensive proposals and cost estimates, maintaining market intelligence, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful project transitions and client satisfaction.


  • Establish, maintain, and grow a steady book of new business while strengthening existing client relationships and engaging with stakeholders.
  • Established industry resources and relationships to expand customer base.
  • Meet individual annual sales goals.
  • Develop comprehensive quote proposals that clearly defines the scope of work.
  • Develop accurate cost estimates on project scope of work.
  • Work closely with Atlantic’s design team and help facilitate project plans and renderings.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
  • Strong understanding of culinary environments and challenges faced by operators and owners.
  • AutoCAD experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Experience in reading architectural drawings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.

Physical requirements:

  • Ability to travel up to 25% nationally to meet with clients or attend industry events.
  • Capable of standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods during meetings or presentations.
  • Ability to lift and carry marketing materials or equipment as needed.
  • Proficient in using computer and office equipment for extended periods.
