MATTY’S SPORTHOUSE GRILL

Client/Location:  Matty’s Sporthouse Grill – Lewisburg, PA

  Project Gallery

Project Overview Matty’s Sporthouse Grill was a total interior renovation of an existing 2,073 square foot Damon’s chain restaurant to a pub-style restaurant. By increasing the overall lighting, we made the space feel warmer and more inviting. We chose to make the bar area the focal point by expanding the lighting and having all of their bottles on display rather than under the counter. We also added multiple video displays since the client routinely shows local and state-wide sporting and pay-per-view events year-round. We were able to utilize the existing exposed brick archways that gave the interior space an upscale but rustic feel. This establishment has become a much-needed and supported location within the community.

Unique Challenges/Solutions:  One of the challenges we faced and overcame was how to leave as much of the exposed brickwork as possible while still achieving the client’s overall vision. We worked closely with the owners and interior designers to ensure everyone was satisfied with the end result.
