Project Overview Atlantic Culinary Environments was tasked with a complete kitchen and serving area renovation and expansion at West Virginia’s main campus football stadium. We introduced a “Training Table” concept for the athletes at the stadium to more effectively add nutrition into the training regimen. The scope of the 6,500-square foot project encompassed several food stations, including a grille area, pasta area, rotisserie, grainery, chafing, salad/deli, and Make-Your-Own breakfast areas. In addition, 150 linear feet of custom millwork counters and 75 linear feet of stainless steel work tables were constructed. Along with two data tables with the WV insignia and multiple mobile produce carts, topping it all off was a new kitchen.

Unique Challenges/Solutions:  There were some coordination challenges given the timing and duration of the project and student athletes returning for the start of their season. We did not provide the equipment, or the equipment installation. However, AtlanticCE was responsible for all of the design work and specified equipment.
