Project Overview:  Atlantic created the 850-square foot “Evolutions”-style café for remote hot food service in a newly-constructed addition to the headquarters of ADP. Features include a self-service MicroMarket, hot food service during limited hours (utilizing reduced staff) as well as a full breakroom support area with ice machine, microwaves and employee lunch storage.

Unique Challenges/Solutions:  With such a small area in which to work, Atlantic needed to maximize food offerings while still maintaining an efficient flow rate through the area.
